Conceptually developed an ocean-side 100 room boutique property in Asia, including negotiation with the Marriott brand. Food and Beverage concepts were also integrated with a French theme.
Renovated and repositioned including hiring key staff of 500 rooms Marriott in Texas. The property performed 135% index and flow-thorough of 165% in first year and won numerous awards.
Converted Three Diamond property to Four Diamond boutique in Southern California with complete change of flag and renovation of $15M.
